To put it to the test, we spent time with four people who make great coffee happen every day: Nick, Bench Tester at La Marzocco, who signs off on every machine before it reaches a cafe; Blossom, Cafe Manager at Coffee Supreme, who leads a team delivering great coffee and warm hospitality every day; Llew, Coffee Supreme’s National Head Technician, who keeps machines running at their best; and Stacey, Co-owner of Migrant Coffee, who built her cafe from the ground up with intention and community at its heart. Each of them brings something unique to the industry, but they all share the same dedication to good work, and the workwear that helps them do it.
