Orders

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order you’ve placed please get in touch with us straight away. If you need to cancel a coffee subscription, you can edit your subscription from your account page.

I put the wrong address, is it too late to change it?

If you’ve made an error in your address please give us a bell on 1800 232 671, and we can try make the change before it gets despatched.

What do I do if I receive a faulty/wrong product?

Email us at shopau@coffeesupreme.com and we can make it right.

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All online orders shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. We generally will pack and ship your order within 24 hours of it being placed during our business hours Monday to Friday. During high volume times there is a possibility your order may take an extra day to be processed.

Parcel Post Delivery : 2 - 10 business days (depending on your location)
Express Post Delivery : 1 - 4 business days (depending on your location)

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days please email us at shopau@coffeesupreme.com and we will look into this further.

How much is shipping and delivery?

Shipping is free for all orders over $40 via Parcel Post. If you need your order in a hurry, we'd opt for choosing an Express Post option at the checkout.

Victoria
Orders over $75 qualify for free Express Post delivery
Same day shipping (Metro Melbourne only, 2kg limit) – $11
All other orders — $5 via Express Post

Rest of Australia
Orders over $100 qualify for free Express Post delivery
All other orders — $6 to $20 depending on weight via Express Post

If you're wanting to place an overweight-bulky order, get in touch with us and we can organise alternative delivery methods.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns of products/merchandise purchased from the Coffee Supreme Website. If the item is in new/unused condition you may send it back for a refund at your own expense. Returns must be sent back with tracking within 21 days of delivery.

We’ll process the refund for the item/s when it has been delivered to Coffee Supreme Ltd. We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve processed the refund. We will not refund the initial freight cost.

Returns are the customers responsibility until received by Coffee Supreme Ltd. Returns are not applicable for sale items.

We do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package all of our coffee fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order

Yes, order totals are tax inclusive.
