I put the wrong address, is it too late to change it?
If you’ve made an error in your address please give us a bell on 1800 232 671, and we can try make the change before it gets despatched.
What do I do if I receive a faulty/wrong product?

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order you’ve placed please get in touch with us straight away. If you need to cancel a coffee subscription, you can edit your subscription from your account page.
Can I choose a grind that's not available on the product listing?
Due to our fulfilment processes, we cannot fulfil custom grinds left in the note section at the checkout. We will pack and send your coffee with what is chosen at the time you add the product to your cart.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All online orders shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. We generally will pack and ship your order within 24 hours of it being placed during our business hours Monday to Friday. During high volume times there is a possibility your order may take an extra day to be processed. We cannot put orders on hold, please make your purchase when you are ready to recieve it.

Current restrictions are impacting delivery times which is out of our control. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this further.
How much is shipping and delivery?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 and free express shipping on all orders over $75 in Victoria and on all orders over $100 for the rest of Australia.
All other orders:
Rest of Australia: $6 - $10

What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any change of mind products/merchandised purchased from the Coffee Supreme Website at this time due to COVID-19.
We do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package all of our coffee fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
All of our subscriptions are sent via Australia Post using Express Shipping. We offer free express shipping on all subscriptions over $40. Your subscription will arrive within 1 - 4 business days, depending on where you are in Australia.

Can I change things like my delivery address, delivery day, the coffee I'm receiving etc?
You sure can, your subscription is all yours. Simply log in to your account and update your address under ‘My Details’.
In terms of changing the coffee, you just can’t make one-off changes to items. Any changes you make will remain in place until you change it again. You can change the coffee you’re getting in the subscriptions tab under ‘Swap Product’.
I’ve chosen a filter or espresso rotating subscription. What coffees are included and can I choose them?
If you like to mix things up, this one’s for you. Our rotating subscribers receive what’s fresh and new on the scene. Expect to receive something different every week. Due to the nature of how our subscriptions are set up, you will not be able to choose or request your coffee for this.
I need some filter papers / a new mug / a gift for my Mum — can I add other products to my subscription?
Because of the way our subscription model is set up, unfortunately, you can’t #technology. If there are other products/coffees you would like to purchase, you will need to place a separate order via our online store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply login to your account, and select ‘My Subscription’. Once you’re there, you’ll see an option to cancel your subscription. If you’d just like to pause it, you can do that, too.
