We’re looking for a permanent full-time delivery driver to transport coffee to our valued Coffee Supreme customers in the Sydney area.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The delivery driver will ensure that our Coffee Supreme customers receive their orders safely, in full and on time.
As one of the main face to face representatives for Coffee Supreme in Sydney, they will also play a crucial role in nurturing great relationships with our customers.
Some of the main duties include:
- Planning appropriate routes for our delivery runs to ensure they are carried out efficiently
- Loading orders into the delivery vehicle, ensuring that items are properly stacked and secured
- Delivering orders to each customer’s designated delivery area
- Providing warm customer service
- Meeting delivery deadlines
- Communicating and liaising daily with dispatch and the customer care team
- Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed
- Driving in a safe and courteous manner
- Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading the delivery vehicle
- Ensuring delivery vehicles are kept maintained and cleaned to a high standard
ABOUT THE PERSON
We're looking for a confident self starter who is genuine, organised and can be effective while working autonomously.
You'll need to be physically fit, a great communicator, and able to relate to people from all walks of life. Having a sense of hustle and a positive outlook are a must.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a full clean driver's licence
- Be physically fit, and able to lift 24kg (with approved lifting equipment)
- Have strong customer service skills and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life

About the role
As a member of the order fulfilment team you will pick, prepare, package and despatch or deliver customer orders accurately and efficiently, and handle all customer contact in a professional and helpful manner in accordance with our values and mission.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Coffee packing and bagging
- Order preparation and fulfilment
- Customer service and deliveries
- Maintaining a tidy and safe production environment
- Processing incoming goods and managing stock
- Working as part of a team to achieve wider team goals
- Participating in events at the roastery
It's a full time salaried position (38 hours per week).
The ordinary hours of work are approx 7.30am to 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays.
About the person
It requires a very strong attention to detail as we have a wide variety of products and each customer has specific requirements. It's also a very busy department, so you'll need to be able to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
As someone who sees our customers on a daily basis you'll also need to have great customer service skills.

At Coffee Supreme Abbotsford, people can get together, enjoy a great cup of coffee and a cabinet treat, and solve the world’s problems (or just catch up with each other - that’s ok too!).
We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our small team of hospo pros.
About the role
As a member of the Coffee Supreme team, you will strive to consistently deliver excellent hospitality, coffee and food, and enhance the brand, representing the purpose, vision and values of Coffee Supreme.
Some of the key duties include:
- Greeting customers, making them feel welcome and continuing to engage with them throughout their time at Coffee Supreme Abbotsford in a warm and friendly manner.
- Getting to know our valued regulars, their names, drink prefs etc.
- Talking to customers about our coffees and products, and helping them to buy beans and products for making great coffee at home.
- Smashing out top quality espresso drinks
- Brewing batch filter on the Fetco
- Serving customers at the till along with delivering food.
- Clearing tables, and keeping the cafe looking clean, tidy and inviting.
- Mid level Food Prepping, cabinet displays and plating food items.
- Washing dishes
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the business.
About the person
To join our team you'll need to have a genuine love for coffee and creating warm welcoming experiences for people.
You'll also need to be an experienced barista with minimum 1 year of experience under your belt, and be a confident coffee maker. Ideally you'll also have a basic knowledge of specialty coffee, cultivation and processing methods etc.
We're a small team, and we all work together to get stuff done - we all wash dishes when we need to, clear tables etc - so you'll need to be happy to be a team player and contribute wherever needed.
Key requirements:
- Genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making their day.
- Ideally have 2 years experience as a barista working in specialty coffee.
- Ideally have Food safety certification
- Have experience with soft brewing techniques and equipment.
- Have some basic knowledge of specialty coffee, processing methods etc.

We're on the hunt for an Account Manager / Trainer to join our Sydney crew. This is a varied role with the main duties including account management and coffee training.
About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be the go-to person for the customers in your portfolio for all commercial matters - equipment, kg price, new product growth and cafe development - discussions had on a regular and scheduled basis with prepared information to benefit the customer’s performance.
Providing fun and informative coffee training for baristas working with our coffee is another major facet of the role. This is where your excellent barista skills and hospitality experience will come into their own. You'll need to understand the pressures our customers face and respond to this with practical assistance, drawing on all of your pro-tips that you've picked up from your years in the industry.
Some of the main duties are:
- Establish, nurture and maintain strong relationships with the customers in your region’s portfolio.
- Overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship and ensuring that customers receive the highest quality of customer care from Coffee Supreme.
- Gain a knowledge of our products, ordering and delivery methods and processes.
- Gain an understanding of the unique needs, goals and challenges for each customer so that we can tailor our approach to help them to succeed.
- Develop a “toolkit” of strategies to help grow the profitability of existing accounts.
- Create and carrying out a regular visit schedule to the customers in your portfolio.
- Train baristas to make outstanding coffee, using approved Coffee Supreme techniques and approaches.
- Organise training bookings, and provide constructive feedback.

About the person
Building relationships, supporting our customers and connecting people are at the heart of the role. We're looking for a confident and driven individual who is genuine, humble, and can be effective while working autonomously.
To get your foot in the door, you'll need to have top-notch barista skills, great coffee knowledge and ideally know your way around La Marzocco machinery and Mythos or Mazzer grinders. You will have a minimum of two years' hospitality experience and ideally have worked in a management position. Being connected to an existing network of Sydney cafe owners and baristas will be a huge advantage.
This role will suit someone who is super passionate about coffee and the hospitality industry, who is engaging, confident and self motivated. You'll need to be a great communicator and able to relate to people from all walks of life. Having a sense of hustle and a positive outlook are a must.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a high level of espresso making skills in a commercial environment - this is a non-negotiable.
- Have at least 2+ years of hospitality experience and ideally having worked in management positions.
- Have strong customer service skills and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
- Have a sound knowledge of the Sydney hospitality scene.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be a proactive self-starter with good time management skills.
- Relentless attention to detail.

A full, clean driver's licence is a must. A fully maintained company vehicle is part of the salary package, along with a mobile phone allowance and laptop.
The role involves regular travel around NSW (typically once a month).
