About the role
As our Production Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our visual concepts to life. You will work closely with our marketing and brand teams to create compelling designs that reflect our brand, whether for packaging, promotional materials, digital assets, or product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong design eye, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Some of the key responsibilities include
- Design and execute production-ready graphics for print and digital platforms, including product packaging, marketing collateral, and social media visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and maintain high-quality standards in design work.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create innovative and impactful designs that align with campaign goals.
- Review and prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring all specifications and guidelines are met.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technology, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Assist in the creation of templates and assets to streamline future production processes.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing production-level work.

- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for coffee and an appreciation for the creative and dynamic environment of the coffee industry.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Experience in packaging design and e-commerce asset creation.
- Familiarity with web design principles and experience in creating digital assets for social media and web.

We’re looking for a permanent full-time delivery driver to transport coffee to our valued Coffee Supreme customers in the Sydney area.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The delivery driver will ensure that our Coffee Supreme customers receive their orders safely, in full and on time.
As one of the main face to face representatives for Coffee Supreme in Sydney, they will also play a crucial role in nurturing great relationships with our customers.
Some of the main duties include:
- Planning appropriate routes for our delivery runs to ensure they are carried out efficiently
- Loading orders into the delivery vehicle, ensuring that items are properly stacked and secured
- Delivering orders to each customer’s designated delivery area
- Providing warm customer service
- Meeting delivery deadlines
- Communicating and liaising daily with dispatch and the customer care team
- Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed
- Driving in a safe and courteous manner
- Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading the delivery vehicle
- Ensuring delivery vehicles are kept maintained and cleaned to a high standard
ABOUT THE PERSON
We're looking for a confident self starter who is genuine, organised and can be effective while working autonomously.
You'll need to be physically fit, a great communicator, and able to relate to people from all walks of life. Having a sense of hustle and a positive outlook are a must.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a full clean driver's licence
- Be physically fit, and able to lift 24kg (with approved lifting equipment)
- Have strong customer service skills and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life
- Have a sound knowledge of the greater Sydney area

EXTRA DETAILS
This is a full time role. The ordinary hours of work usually fall between 7.00am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday, but some hours outside of this will be required from time to time depending the delivery runs and our customers' needs.
Our roastery is based in Chatswood Sydney.

About the role
We're looking for a skilled Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team on a casual basis, ideally with an immediate start.
We have recently merged two companies with different operating systems (Xero and Microsoft Business Central) and require some assistance with day-to-day administrative tasks. The aim is to alleviate workload from other team members while our internal processes are streamlined.
Some of the key duties include:
- Purchase order creation
- Stock assembly and BOM creation
- Accounts Payable
- Customer payment reconciliations
- Organise and maintain financial documents and records
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with other ad hoc data entry processes that arise
About the person
We're looking for someone with 2+ years experience in a similar role who is happy to work autonomously. Our work environment is hardworking, but the atmosphere is relaxed and informal. This will suit a person who lives locally or has good transport options to Chatswood.
Skills and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Microsoft Business Central
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, word and data entry
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work
- Good organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently
- Flexibility to changing priorities and work demands
- Ability to juggle multiple internal stakeholders with various requirements

What we can offer
We can currently offer 30-32 hours per week. Hours are reasonably flexible and we can offer a mix of remote working and time on site (about 50/50). We are based in Chatswood, Sydney.
