Current restrictions are impacting delivery times, please allow an extra 3 days for delivery on top of our usual delivery times stated below.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 and free express shipping on all orders over $75 in Victoria and on all orders over $100 for the rest of Australia.

If you need your order in a hurry, we'd opt for choosing the express option at the checkout. 

All online orders will be packed and shipped from our Melbourne roastery. We generally fulfil your order within 24 hours of it being placed during business hours Monday to Friday. During high volume times there is a possibility your order may take an extra day to be processed.

How it works

Our coffee subscription service makes it easy for you to drink Supreme. Get your favourite coffee, however you like it, delivered right to your door.

When first setting up your subscription, an order will be generated and sent to you straight away to get you going. Then your subscription will move to your designated shipping day.

Your account will only be charged for orders before they ship.

Orders will be generated and charged the evening before the day they ship i.e orders shipped on a Monday will be generated/charged on Sunday evening.

Gift subscriptions are charged upfront for the duration of the gifting period.

Once your coffee subscription is set up, you are able to edit your subscription. You can increase the amount, skip orders, change address etc.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Support/ Administration Lead plays a crucial role in achieving our purpose of Better Coffee for All.

They strive to deliver exceptional service and hospitality to our Australian customers, suppliers and friends, as well as supporting and enabling our team to do the same by running efficient administrative systems and processes.

The person in this role provides the main point of contact for our Australian customers, suppliers, and future customers. They’re responsible for managing all incoming orders and enquiries, and for ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions of Coffee Supreme Australia.

They also play an important role locally in Melbourne, ensuring that our space is maintained and organised. Our office should be warm and inviting for both staff and visitors, and stocked with all the necessary supplies to be able to run smoothly and efficiently..

Some of the main duties include:

  • Deliver an exceptional level of service and hospitality to all visitors to Supreme, which is in line with our core values, philosophy and policies of the company.
  • Receive and respond to all inbound enquiries within the timeframe expectations set liaising with various people and departments. Seek assistance, if necessary, from the relevant staff.
  • Manage customer orders, ensuring they are received and entered into the system on time each week, meeting fulfilment deadlines.
  • Setup and maintain customer accounts in our system.
  • Liaise with couriers and the fulfilment team regarding orders and delivery issues, keeping the customer informed, and organising interim solutions if necessary.
  • Accounts receivable management - invoicing, statements, setting up direct debits, allocating customer payments and debtor management.
  • Team admin support - this could include completing credit card reconciliations, booking technical and/or training jobs etc.
  • Local office management - organise weekly fruit and other supplies for the Melbourne office, ensuring the office is kept stocked with all the necessary items, and ensure that we maintain high standards or presentation, care and upkeep in our office areas.
  • Building maintenance management: manage, liaise with and regularly review cleaners, pest control, security, alarm monitoring and other suppliers and contractors.
  • Taking the lead on organising social gatherings for the team.

ABOUT THE PERSON

To be successful in the role, your people skills will need to be on point! Our customers work in a high stress environment - so you'll need to understand this and maintain a positive solutions focussed approach, providing confidence that we are working swiftly to solve any issues. Maintaining a calm and empathetic manner is super important.

Attention to detail and a good memory is also a must - we have a wide product range, and each customer is different, so being able to recall information about our customers and the products they use is essential. Our customers rely on us to get them their orders accurately and on time so that they can run their own businesses smoothly and efficiently.

We're a small team and we all muck in to help each other whenever needed (eg jumping in to help despatch, popping out to drop things off) - so being a team player is a non-negotiable.

If you love helping people, love the coffee industry, and loved keeping things organised, then this is a great role for you!

Key skills and capabilities include:

  • Excellent customer service ethic with a solutions focussed approach.
  • Strong people skills and ability to show empathy.
  • Ability to read people and situations and respond accordingly in the moment.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer savvy (not an IT expert, but confident with using a variety of programs and applications).
  • Tidy and organised with a focus on systems and processes.
  • General admin skills and experience.
  • Experience in accounts receivable an advantage.

Business Development Manager

Our Melbourne team is growing, and are on the hunt for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Building relationships and connecting with people are at the heart of the role. We're looking for a confident self starter who is genuine, humble, organised and can be effective while working autonomously.

In this role you'll be proactively seeking new business, putting together offers for new customers and managing handovers with our account management team.

Some of the main duties include:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, and where we can add value for our customers to enable mutually successful business outcomes
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our existing customer agreements and commitments, to ensure maximum support and help them to reach their potential 
  • Maintain an active list of  prospective customers and carry out regular visits to proactively seek new business, in line with our current sales strategy
  • Establish connections with prospective customers, developing an understanding of their business requirements, and helping them understand what Supreme offers and how we can add value to their business
  • Construct offers to potential customers following the set guidelines, liaising with the relevant departments to get things done, and keep relevant people informed of what is happening

ABOUT THE PERSON

This role will suit someone who is super passionate about coffee and the hospitality industry, who is engaging, confident and self motivated. While this role requires a lot of autonomous work, you'll also need to bring your A-game to a team of people who are driven, competitive, hard-working and detail focused.

We are looking for a proven sales track record in either coffee or like industry. It is a plus if you already have great coffee knowledge and know your way around La Marzocco machinery. Being connected to an existing network of Melbourne cafe owners and baristas will be a huge advantage.

We’re looking for a proactive individual, who’s a great communicator and understands the sense of urgency around responding to customer needs.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a high level of espresso making skills in a commercial environment
  • Have strong customer service skills and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life
  • Have a sound knowledge of the Melbourne hospitality scene
  • Be a proactive self-starter with good time management, and excellent communication skills
  • Be commercially focused with strong  attention to detail to draw up offers and agreements 
  • Muck in with the team, whilst also being effective working autonomously on the road with our customers
  • Have a full clean driver licence

About the role


We’re looking for a cafe all-rounder to join the team! This role is casual with the possibility of going full time at a later date. The cafe is open 7 days and you must be available to work weekends.

As a member of Coffee Supreme Brookvale you will strive to consistently deliver excellent hospitality, coffee and food, and enhance the brand, representing the purpose, vision and values of Coffee Supreme.

Some of the key duties include:

  • Greeting customers, making them feel welcome and continuing to engage with them throughout their time at Coffee Supreme Brookvale in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Getting to know our valued regulars, their names, drink prefs etc.
  • Talking to customers about our coffees and products, and helping them to buy beans and products for making great coffee at home.
  • Smashing out top quality espresso drinks
  • Brewing batch filter on the Fetco
  • Serving customers at the till and delivering food to tables.
  • Clearing tables, and keeping the cafe looking clean, tidy and inviting.
  • Prepping and plating simple food items.
  • Washing dishes.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the business.


About the person


To join our team you'll need to have a genuine love for coffee and get nerdedly excited about creating warm and lovely experiences for people.

You'll need to have a basic knowledge of specialty coffee, cultivation and processing methods etc.  Ideally you’ll have 2 years of experience as a barista and be a confident coffee maker. 


We're a small team, and we all work together to get stuff done - we all wash dishes when we need to, clear tables etc - so you'll need to be happy to be a team player and contribute wherever needed.


Key requirements:

  • Genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making their day.
  • Ideally have 2 years experience as a barista working in specialty coffee.
  • Have experience with soft brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Have some basic knowledge of specialty coffee, processing methods etc.
  • Identify with the Coffee Supreme brand and values.
  • Be a team player and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Be well presented
  • Work hard and be high energy

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Cafe Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of Coffee Supreme Abbotsford, and leading the team to deliver on our purpose of Better Coffee For All. You'll be expected to maintain and grow a beloved hospitality site, to challenge your team to meet financial targets, and represent Coffee Supreme's high standards of service and quality.


Main duties include (but are not limited to):


  • Leading, coaching and managing the team
  • Recruiting and training staff
  • Rostering
  • Engaging with point of sale systems analytically to grow the business
  • Striving to do things Better™
  • Reviewing and maintaining processes to ensure that Coffee Supreme Abbotsford is performing as a healthy business unit
  • Ensuring the coffee offer is delicious, relevant and approachable

  • Ensuring the site and equipment are maintained to the highest level.

ABOUT THE PERSON


Ideally we're looking for someone to operate the Abbotsford cafe as if it were their own business. That means there will be weekend shifts, early mornings and late nights - the wellbeing of the team and the space is your responsibility.


This is an opportunity to take a great little site and make it even better. We're open to all ideas and suggestions - the new manager will not be limited by previous actions, processes and habits.
