About this Coffee

Grown high in Rwanda’s Rulindo District, this coffee is handpicked at peak ripeness by smallholder farmers before making its way to Buliza Washing Station. There, it’s carefully sorted, fermented for 12 hours, and slowly dried on raised beds for up to three weeks, giving its vibrant flavours time to shine.

Roasted for filter, Buliza brews a juicy, fruit-forward cup with notes of red apple and cranberry, finishing long and bright. The high elevation, volcanic soil, and considered processing come together for a clean, sweet profile worth savouring.
