About this Coffee

Feeling fruity? Ethiopia Rachia’s got you. Roasted for filter, this lot comes from more than 350 farmers in Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe, Idido district.

Once picked, farmers bring ripe cherries to the Gizat washing station for meticulous sorting, where only the best make the cut. From there, they’re laid out on raised beds for a slow, steady dry before heading off for final sorting and export.

Rachia’s got everything to love from this region, bright, complex, and full of flavour. Expect big notes of black cherry, blood orange, and apricot, all wrapped up in a smooth, rich finish.
