About this Coffee

Ledy Moncayo delivers everything you’d hope for from this celebrated Colombian region. Bright, vibrant, and seriously sip worthy.


Ledy and her family farm in the lush hills of Palestina, Huila, on land that’s been in the family for generations. Since 2019, Ledy has taken the lead, working alongside her husband, Luis and their children with a clear focus on quality. In 2022, she threw her hat into the Cup of Excellence, raising the bar and putting their top-notch coffee on the world stage.


Roasted for filter, expect sweet notes of panela, strawberry and red apple, with a smooth finish. One sip, and the Cup of Excellence speaks for itself.
