About this Coffee

Grown at up to 2200 meters above sea level in Colombia’s Nariño region, Honey Mountain comes from well off the beaten track, around three hours beyond the last paved road. Its name nods to its honey processing method, which brings extra sweetness and balance to a classic Colombian profile.

This coffee forms part of the Tablón de Gómez Project, where around 40 lifelong farmers follow a shared, carefully honed approach. Cherries are fermented for 48 hours, then sun-dried with some mucilage left intact. Once dried, the coffees are blended and rested for 30 days before milling, giving us a cup with clarity and character.

Roasted for filter, Honey Mountain delivers fruity notes of blood orange, raspberry and tamarind, finishing smooth and easy.
