About this Coffee

High up in Colombia's renowned Hulia region, 1,750 meters above sea level, you’ll find Cataluna. Producer Brandon Stiben Diaz grew up with coffee in his veins, having learnt everything he knows from his parents, before carving out his own path. These days, Brandon leads with a people-first approach, built on a commitment to the land, community and of course, quality.

Brandon doesn't mess around when it comes to processing. Years of trial, error, and fine-tuning mean his methods bring out the best of Hulia's unique flavour. Expect a hit of yellow nectarine and apricot with a nutty chestnut finish. Sweet, fruity, and seriously drinkable.
