The Five Star Day is our seasonal espresso blend.

Sidama lies in the famous Great Rift Valley that runs through Ethiopia and Kenya. The coffee from this region is produced and gathered by an impressive 70,000 farmers, making it the second largest union in Ethiopia.

In contrast, Ancuya comprises coffee from a cooperative of a smaller number, 34 different farmers in the region of Ancuya in Narino, Colombia. Mild temperatures and low humidity assist in the slow, even ripening of the coffee. This region has become a pioneer in traditional coffee techniques due to the great experience of its producers, who range between 45 and 85 years old.
