ABOUT THIS COFFEE

Rachia is everything we love about Ethiopian coffee

Roasted for espresso, this lot comes from more than 350 farmers in Ethiopia’s famed Idido district of Yirgacheffe.

Once picked, farmers bring ripe cherries to the Gizat washing station for meticulous sorting, where only the best make the cut. From there, they’re laid out on raised beds for a slow, steady dry before heading off for final sorting and export.

Bright, complex, and full of flavour, Rachia delivers black cherry, blood orange, and apricot, finishing smooth and rich.
