ABOUT THIS COFFEE

Finca Los Naranjitos sits high in El Salvador's Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range, where volcanic soils and cool elevations create ideal conditions for exceptional coffee.

Alfonso and his team grow a range of varieties, with every cherry handpicked at peak ripeness. After harvest, the coffee is honey-processed before drying slowly on raised beds, bringing plenty of sweetness, clarity and complexity to the cup.

Sustainability is at the heart of Finca Los Naranjitos. Low-water processing, compost made from coffee pulp, and regenerative farming practices all help keep the farm thriving for future harvests while minimising their impact.

Roasted for espresso, expect crisp green apple, orange, and raspberry in a bright, juicy cup with a sweet toffee-apple finish.
