ABOUT THIS COFFEE
Roasted for filter, Duver Rojas leans light in all the right ways.
Tea-like in profile, with jasmine upfront. It finishes on a soft Earl Grey note, layered with apricot, bergamot, and a gentle citrus acidity.
We’re no strangers to coffees from Colombia’s famed Huila region or the Rojas family. There’s a reason we keep coming back. Duver has been in coffee since he was seven, continuing a family legacy at Finca Las Delicias with a clear focus on quality and care.
This lot is made up of AAA-grade Geisha, Bourbon, Pink Bourbon and Caturra varieties. The inclusion of Geisha, one of the world's most sought-after coffee varieties, alongside meticulous production and quality selection, is a big part of what makes this coffee so darn special.
His approach blends tradition with intent, from selective picking through to extended fermentation and slow drying. Shade-grown and thoughtfully produced, this coffee is shaped by experience, family, and a drive to improve each year.

The Golden Ratio
We recommend a ratio of 60g of freshly ground coffee for every litre of water. This is a good place to start, but you can fine-tune your recipe to suit your taste. You'll find some suggested brewing ratios of hot water to ground coffee for you to use below.
