If you need to cancel an order you’ve placed please get in touch with us straight away. If you need to cancel a coffee subscription, you can edit your subscription from your account page.
What do I do if I receive a faulty/wrong product?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make it right.
I put the wrong address, is it too late to change it?
If you’ve made an error in your address please give us a bell, and we can try make the change before it gets despatched.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
All online orders shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. We generally will pack and ship your order within 24 hours of it being placed during our business hours Monday to Friday. During high volume times there is a possibility your order may take an extra day to be processed.
Standard : 2 - 10 business days (depending on your location)
Express : 1 - 4 business days (depending on your location)
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days please email us at email@example.com and we will look into this further.
How much is shipping and delivery?
Standard shipping is free for all orders over $40. If you need your order in a hurry, we'd opt for choosing an Express Post option at the checkout.
Orders over $75 qualify for free express delivery
All other orders — $5 via express
Rest of Australia
Orders over $100 qualify for free express delivery
All other orders — $6 to $20 depending on weight via express
If you're wanting to place an overweight-bulky order, get in touch with us and we can organise alternative delivery methods.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of products/merchandise purchased from the Coffee Supreme Website. If the item is in new/unused condition you may send it back for a refund at your own expense. Returns must be sent back with tracking within 21 days of delivery.
We’ll process the refund for the item/s when it has been delivered to Coffee Supreme Ltd. We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve processed the refund.
Returns are the customers responsibility until received by Coffee Supreme Ltd. Returns are not applicable for sale items.
We do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package all of our coffee fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part, we’ll replace it for the correct order
