Made with 42% cocoa, MOFO Firebird is sourced seasonally from South America, the Caribbean, East Africa, and Australia. The beans are carefully hand-fermented and sun-dried on patios, then roasted at a precise 138°C to bring out a full, bright cocoa character with maximum flavour.

A touch of pink salt, gently harvested in the Murray–Darling Basin, adds balance while helping reduce salinity in the local river system.

Plant-based, gluten-free, and made with nothing artificial, this is drinking chocolate backed by baristas and everyone else who takes their chocolate seriously.
