Over the past decade, Huila's coffee has been making waves for its quality, with Las Mercedes standing out as one of the best in the region. Heladio’s coffee has even snagged second place in Pitalito’s Cup of Excellence, but despite its awards, his production is driven by his passion for coffee, not by competition.
