About this coffee

A stunning coffee from Rwanda. 

Ngoma was one of the early washing stations established as a part of a program to assist furthering quality coffee production in Rwanda, by creating a fully washed coffee market. It is also still one of the largest washing stations in the country, sitting at 1490 metres above sea level in the hills overlooking Lake Kivu, one of the African Great Lakes. The season runs from March through to August but for the most part, harvest occurs from May through July, depending on the weather and the altitude the coffee is being grown at.
