A syrupy drop from Papua New Guinea.

This coffee is shade-grown in rich volcanic soils on the mountainous terrain of the Eastern Highlands. Ripe cherries are meticulously handpicked and pulped on site. From there, they’re fermented, washed with fresh clean water from nearby creeks and dried for up to a week on raised beds.
