Another beautiful Limoncillo from the Merisch family.

El Limoncillo is one of the more picturesque farms in Nicaragua, if not the whole of Central America, complete with native forest canopy, abundant wildlife and an impressive waterfall. The owners, the Mierisch family, are legends in the Matagalpa/Jinotega region and Limoncillo is the crown of their family of farms.

The farms reuse all process waste as organic mulch for crops, engage in no mechanical harvesting and 100% sun dry their coffee. Water is cleaned and recycled before it is returned to the ecosystem and the natural tree canopy is utilized to serve as growing shade.
