Another delicious coffee from the Mierisch family.

The Mierisch family have been farming coffee high in the mountain regions of Matagalpa and Jinotega for over 100 years. As a family run operation, they are focused on producing extremely high quality, shade-grown coffee.

Cherries are hand picked, wet milled at the farm and then brought to a central area for drying on open-air patios or covered raised beds. All of the coffee is prepared for export at the family’s own dry mill, Don Esteban, giving them complete control over the whole production process.
