About this Coffee

The Don Amado farm is operated by Sandra Trochez and her family. Sandra's late husband, Amado, comes from a long line of coffee producers, so you can bet they know how to grow quality coffee. The farm rose to prominence in 2010 when it won the Cup of Excellence for Honduras. Sandra has continued the Don Amado family’s legacy of producing exceptional coffee with their two children and Amado's brothers.


Don Amado makes for a comforting espresso, with notes of blackcurrant, citrus and a long-lasting toffee finish. Trust us, you’ll find this coffee hard to put down. We’re loving its intense sweetness that carries enough balance and body to be enjoyed with or without milk.
