About this coffee

A rich and crisp coffee from Guatemala.

In the western highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala you’ll find El Chalum, a four-hectare farm owned by Francisco Lorenzo Pablo.  The region is known for its high altitude, plentiful rainfall, lush shade and moderate temperatures which help to grow exceptional coffee. Francisco grows Caturra, Pacamara, and Bourbon varieties on the farm. Once the coffee is picked ripe, it's de-pulped the same day, then fermented for 18–28 hours. It's then washed three times and laid on patios for three to four days to dry. Download your print-ready Guatemala El Chalum tasting card here
