About this Coffee

After working with the Delgado family for over seven years, we're excited to welcome Costa Rica La Alquimia to our offering. La Alquimia is one of several family farms operated by the Delgado's, so you can bet they know a thing or two about producing top-quality coffee. 


Thanks to its white honey processing (where the coffee has majority of its mucilage removed before drying), La Alquimia presents as a sweet, clean and well balanced cup. Expect a creamy body with vibrant fruit notes and a smooth chocolate finish.
