About this coffee

A sweet and zesty Colombian.

Four years ago German Valenzuela acquired this beautiful farm named San Antonio, in the Southern part of the Huila region in Colombia. Here on his nine hectare farm, he planted 35,000 Caturra trees and 10,000 of the Colombia F6 varietal.

Colombia F6 was developed in the 70’s and is a combination of the varieties Typica and Bourbon, which are highly productive and produce bigger cherries, crossed with the sturdy Timor hybrid variety, helping to combat leaf rust, a disease that can wipe out entire plantations.
