About this Coffee
La Granada hails from the family that was the first ever to produce the pink bourbon variety in Colombia. Known as 'the godfather', Snr Gabriel Castaño discovered a small grove of trees bearing distinctly pink-coloured cherries— where a natural mutation between the red and yellow bourbon cherries had occurred. Now prized as a variety known for its sweetness and complex fruit flavour profile, La Granada doesn't disappoint. With notes of brown sugar and honey, this delicious filter will have you refilling your cup in no time.

Tasting Notes
The Golden Ratio
We recommend a ratio of 60g of freshly ground coffee for every litre of water. This is a good place to start, but you can fine-tune your recipe to suit your taste. You'll find some suggested brewing ratios of hot water to ground coffee for you to use below.
