About this coffee

Generously sweet.

La Esperanza is surrounded by lush green mountains as far as the eye can see, cultivated with a mixture of two varieties, 15,000 Caturra coffee trees and 5,000 Castillo across this four hectare farm.

Fabio learned to grow coffee from a young age, with this legacy now inherited from his grandfather. He manages the farm year round with his family, with creativity and dedication to the entire process, from cultivation to processing and drying. “It’s all a matter of experimentation, asking those who know, learning from the earth and seeing how the coffee responds to one’s hand.”
