About this Coffee

Hailing from Huila, Colombia, La Arenosa is produced by Robinso Buyucue. La Arenosa has been in the family since day dot, with Robinso taking the helm 16 years ago. The 27-hectare farm has only five hectares allocated to coffee, with the rest dedicated to a forest reserve and growing plantains and bananas for personal use. La Arenosa undergoes a total fermentation time of 60 hours, resulting in a cup of sweet notes of apple and brown sugar rounded out by a syrupy body and clean finish.
