About this Coffee
Burundi punches well above its weight when it comes to coffee. This lot, grown on the slopes of Gatare Hill and processed at Gisha Washing Station, is a perfect example. Small-scale farms, mature trees, and meticulous picking all come together to produce a beautifully floral and jammy-led cup. Expect notes of strawberry and hibiscus complemented by a citrus acidity and a sweet, lingering finish that will have you coming back for more.
