About this Coffee
From the westward peaks of Espirito Santo in the community of Rancho Dantas, we bring you a new filter coffee from Brazil by the Bermond brothers. The four brothers divide their attention between different areas as their property has various other activities on top of their high-quality coffee production. This naturally pulped coffee thrives in the unique microclimate the mountains provide: high humidity, cool weather, surrounding forests and rich, mineral-packed soils. The result? A stellar cup with notes of milk chocolate and praline alongside a malic acidity and lingering finish.

Tasting Notes
The Golden Ratio
We recommend a ratio of 60g of freshly ground coffee for every litre of water. This is a good place to start, but you can fine-tune your recipe to suit your taste. You'll find some suggested brewing ratios of hot water to ground coffee for you to use below.
