Refund Policy 

Goods returned for credit Coffee Supreme Limited may accept return of goods for credit provided that the goods are returned within 3 working days of receipt. In the case of coffee beans, credit for returns will be given only if the goods are returned immediately upon receipt, and are sealed within the "roast-dated" packaging they came in.

Privacy Policy 

What information do we collect? We do not collect personal or business information on coffeesupremeshop.com visitors unless it is voluntarily provided. As such we will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information to third parties. We use the personal information collected from you in the order process to help us deliver your order, to contact you about your order if we have questions, and to improve our site to serve you better. When you enter your credit card information using our site your information is stored by DPS Payment Express Service. You can learn more about DPS here. 

How we use your contact information Every order you place will generate an e-mail confirmation. You will then receive a final email confirming the despatch of your coffee order. We will get in touch with you (via phone or email) if we anticipate any delays with your order or if we are unexpectedly out of stock of a particular item.

Terms Of Service 

Payment & Price 

Payment is by credit card on our website. Your order will only be processed if your card is authorised. The price for the goods you order is stated on our website. GST is included unless stated otherwise. The price of goods may be changed at any time unless your order has been accepted. Delivery is charged extra at the rate specified when you place your order. A separate delivery charge will apply to each order.

All prices quoted on this website are quoted in Australian dollars.

Unavailability & Substitutions 

We cannot be held responsible if any goods are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If so, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternatives if available. We will only substitute items at our own discretion if you give us this permission when completing your order. If this option is not selected then you will be informed of any substitions required via phone. If we cannot reach you by phone, or you do not request to be contacted by phone or if you have not given your consent for us to substitute missing items at our own discretion then these items will not be replaced.

Shipping & Delivery 

We deliver to almost everywhere within Australia, including both residential and business addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes and rural addresses. Delivery is between Monday and Friday.

Orders placed by 3pm on a weekday will be despatched that same day.

For most locations, your coffee order is "targeted" to be delivered by 5pm the following weekday after it has been dispatched. During peak trade times (like Christmas) delivery may be delayed. Rural deliveries typically take 2-3 days to be delivered after it has dispatched from Coffee Supreme.
