While other filter machines roll the dice when it comes to the coffee they produce, the Moccamaster is certifed by the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE), the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and the European Coffee Brewing Centre (ECBC) to brew within industry recognised parameters.
